The (tactical) shotgun is probably one of the most versatile weapons out there. It is an excellent option for Close Quarters Combat (CQC) and possibly one of the better options you can get for self- and home-defense.  This exstensive seven part video will go into the many options the shotgun has to offer. Shotguns are powerful, versatile, easy to use and (depending on the country you live) easy to obtain.
